The different industrial sectors to which BONY refractory products are aimed are in constant technological evolution. The constraints experienced by refractory linings and therefore the performance required for these materials must be regularly questioned. In order to support its customers and meet their new needs, BONY is clearly part of an approach to innovation and continuous progress.
BONY has a research and development laboratory equipped with equipment to physically and mechanically characterize the refractory ceramics manufactured.
External laboratories recognized nationally and internationally for the seriousness and quality of their tests are called upon to complete the range of tests carried out.

“Defect-free products” and “respect for delivery times” are the two commitments made by the BONY company teams, and these commitments are today part of the company culture.
ISO 9001 certification, since 1994, gives our new clients a form of assurance on the ability of our organization to meet their requirements.
Particular care is taken in controls (controls of raw materials as they enter, then controls at each stage of production, and finally controls of finished products before shipment). These controls make it possible, among other things, to ensure proper compliance with the values indicated on the technical data sheets of the products (porosity, cold and hot mechanical resistance, chemical analysis, etc.) but also compliance with the dimensions of the products controlled at caliper and the absence of internal fault detected by Ultra-Son.
Controls constitute the main indicator of the performance of the QUALITY system: the total absence of non-compliant products being the theoretical objective to be achieved. All non-conformities are detected before shipping the products so that they are never presented to the customer; they give rise to corrective action plans which make it possible to improve processes and move towards “0 defects”. The QUALITY system thus continuously improves by guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers.
We are convinced that QUALITY is the result of teamwork, which implies respect and the “well-being” of people working in a CLEAN and ORDERLY environment and in conditions guaranteeing their SAFETY and that of others.
French standards in terms of SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are demanding, and French labor law is very protective for employees: It is also for these reasons that QUALITY has become an essential component of the BONY company and that customers are reassured by our location in France.
