For more than 30 years, BONY has worked with the world's largest glass groups for the production of flat glass (float), packaging glass, tableware, bottles, and technical glass: pharmaceutical technologies, optical fiber, glass ceramic, etc.

In close collaboration with the technical departments of leaders in the glass industry, BONY has developed qualities adapted to the constraints of glass furnaces: temperatures, thermal shock, etc. and offers a range of products compatible with increasing their longevity.

Its Research & Development department develops new formulations to respond to the changing thermal constraints of certain ovens.

The qualities offered

The B40SE, B40SFI, B44SFI, B44SV and B46SP qualities are intended in particular for the briquetting of chamber walls and protective layers, and for the under-paving of melting basins.

The B60SK, B60SKM, B70SM, B70SM2 qualities are more specifically used in the hot zones of regenerators: vaults, stacks, masks, etc.

BONY also offers prefabricated parts in steamed and sintered concrete up to 1,500° C, when it comes to producing small series of special parts.

BONY's technical production means and its machining equipment make it possible to respect the reduced dimensional tolerances required by certain customers. Geometry and dimensional checks of the assemblies are carried out on the pre-assembly carried out in the factory.
