🔧 This summer, at BONY SAS, summer maintenance was also an opportunity to continue the modernization of our production tool.

Our teams carried out the installation of a new conveyor on the P78 press, designed, manufactured and integrated by the SEEB GROUP .

This project addresses concrete challenges:

✅ Improve the safety and ergonomics of workstations.

✅ Reduce breakdowns and facilitate tool changes.

✅ Reduce cycle time for heavy slabs and waste related to manual unloading.

The tests in automatic operation with unloading of parts were conclusive.

This installation marks a new step in our ongoing modernization process, to improve working conditions and the performance of our production.
