Each year, companies publish their Gender Equality Index , in accordance with French regulations. This index aims to measure the disparities between women and men within companies.


For the year 2026, with respect to 2025 data , the overall index of BONY SAS cannot be calculated , as the company's workforce does not allow for the calculation of enough indicators to reach the regulatory threshold.
